Sugestion #1 ..... Simple turn up the lead voice into the speaker that belongs to you and only you . Suggestion #2 ... Is get a simple headphone device with the proper cable and correct installation ... and then put only the cleanest person singing into your ears

at the moment i am a beginner but i know how to play in all 12 keys but when i am playing a song i have alot of sounds and ideas of how i would approach the song but i cant what do you think i can do and also i dont know how to tell that these kinds of chords are being played in a song with out first going to figure them out on the keyboard i also need help on that thankyou

For this solution I would tell and show the Suggest idea and sounds to your music leader or Music Director.. And then to your 1st lead singer and your 3rd harmonizing singer on the 4 day of the week .. so that they can now fit a practice session on the 6 day so that every one will know how you are going to play it in service on the 7 or 8 day .

Do not get frustrated. And do not .. I repeat.. do not speed.. do not rush. Because you are teaching your fingers 🤞 and your emotional memory in feelings. And you are also teaching your ears how to spell a word

I think the thing of playing by ear is overrated, your ears develop automatically based on the time you spend of playing piano or electric keyboards, if more years of playing the sharper the ear, 👂 it cannot be natural its something developed overtime and bonus if you know how to play in all 12 keys then no songs will sound difficult especially if you know the key the melodies are easily found.
