Nice tutorial. I've looked at some others, and they've simplified the song a bit too much. While this still isn't exactly what's being played, it adds some of the style and flourish of the original and gives some nice ideas on little things to add a little more flavor and beauty here and there. The main thing missing that I've noticed is some of the alternating notes that the left hand plays during the pre-chorus. This is possibly my favorite song, so I've spent a lot of time listening for all the bits and pieces of the piano part :)

when it's black and white I can't really see what chords you are pressing, and I would find it easier to learn if you teach the hands separately, and talk about fingering and chords :)

if you look at the midi keyboard on top you will be able to see which Dyad chords he is playing. Playing in GMajor, the first chord is a GMajor dyad. The second chord is a DMajor Dyad in the 1st inversion position, then back to GMajor Dyad in its root position because an E minor Triad also has G and B. on the left hand it would be G&D, D and E. He is Just playing Dyads in different inversions. hope it will help in figuring out the rest of it.
