Thanks, piano guru. I think I will mount mine so I can pivot it out to work on.

Thanks a million, Russell....I've been using my Pianodisc IQ for about 12 years and when I had my Pianodisc tech come about 10 years ago with a few issues, he installed a new IQ box, but never calibrated it. He said it was easy to do and for me to calibrate it myself to my preferred level, after he left my home. I tried several times 10 & 12 years ago to do this, with all failed attempts. Therefore, when I wanted to play the music through the IQ box, the piano played so loudly, because when I tried to lower the volume, all you could hear were the keys clacking. Since it was so loud, I ended up not playing it, because even though I live in a home, I was afraid my neighbors could hear the loud and blaring noise. I would cut it off and wait until Christmas each year and only played it for an hour or two, until the next Christmas. Finally, today I watched your video, and it gave me the courage to try it one more time. After a couple of failed attempts, I figured out that if I pressed the wheel just 1 time after the learn light was blinking, that was the setting in which to soften or increased my first keynote sound, then hit save, move 1 click and press in again and repeat for all of the notes. Yeah, I got my IQ box calibrated!!!! The 1st time since I've owned my piano!! Right now, I'm listening to my piano and such a soft level, it's finally relaxing. I had invested so much into this Kawai plexi glass piano and the Pianodisc system, which also included a Pianodisc dvd player (it stopped working after a year or two, bought a 2nd PD dvd player and it also did the same, therefore, I'm dependent on the IQ box) that now, after you so generously created this youtube video for people like me.....I can now enjoy my Kawai piano to the fullest and just in time for the holiday season....and believe me, it's going to be playing non-stop!!! Thank you again! ~~Norma~~
