Hey Bro. Warren, I've been playing piano every Sunday. The other lady who was playing every other Sunday has time off. She's been working long hours and taking care of her family. Her name is Mary. I miss Mary. She has a very good singing voice. During the month of June the worship leaders (husband and wife) are the month off to vacation, spend time with their children and get some much needed rest. June 30th ( the last Sunday of the month) I will be helping to lead worship. This will be the first time I'll the main musician leading. And one of the songs I'll be playing is I Exalt Thee. Have you ever tried playing the chords to back up yourself rather than playing the same melody your already singing? I've been doing this alot and it forces you to think differently lol

Oh yeah, that’s the recommended way to play. I only outline the melody in these videos for teaching purposes so you understand how these chords work along side the melody.
