2:34 is where it gets me. This grand waltz suddenly stops. There’s a pause, then this calm rendition begins. Reminding you that this is, more or less, about a young girl lost to the endless expanses of space. Well done.

Thank you so much for bringing tears to my eyes. This game is the first Mario game I ever played and is my childhood. My dad bought this game when I was about the age of 6. I loved watching him play it. I soon created my own save profile and played myself. I was terrible of course, but the wonder and curiously was there. Looking into the beautiful emptiness of space, and the brilliant colors of the observatory really made me excited and ready to explore the crazy galaxies. When the song slows down at the end and softens, it makes me sad. Mario has always been a part of my life, but as the song fades it reminds me of how my childhood is too. It makes me cry but I am so happy that I got enjoy the memories once more. Thank you again so much for letting me revisit my childhood.

I always close my eyes for my first listen to your new arrangements, and I gotta say, this one was really special. Dark media room, Wiimote in hand, face glued to the TV screen 2 feet away. Hopping, jumping, and running around the Observatory exploring all the hidden spots. Then near the end when the piece gets softer, you can almost hear the giggle of Lumas as you give them star bits. POV: you’re apart of the royal family betrothed to a neighboring kingdoms prince/ princess. Your family has decided the best way to meet your beloved is to have a grand ball. You never really liked the feel of balls how regarded you needed to be to be there, but you agree just to make your family happy. They were so delighted that you said yes! 3 days pass and you have made it to the neighboring kingdom where the ball is being held, you are given a room and a new change of clothes by your parents specially made for the party. When it is time to begin you were told to greet the opposing family. So you plan to do so but when you lift up your head from the bow you took you realize how pretty your beloved looked and fell silent for a moment. The opposing family giggles and you overhear them whisper to your beloved “ wow darling you’ve managed to make them speechless with out even opening your mouth”. And you see your beloved fidget in their thrown just a bit. You ask for their hand in a dance and they politely say yes and you take their hand and begin the ball. A light fragrance of strawberry blossoms begin to hug you “Do you like this?” They say beginning to look away shyly I don’t like how stuffy this place is with all the people, you say looking at them. “ well we could get out of here if you would like” they offer “and go where?” you reply “my garden off of the east wing of the castle.” They whispered you nodded and they giggled and gave you a devious look and a smile that could charm anyone with one glance, you felt your heart skip. Holding hands you hastily leave the grand ballroom so no one notices and they lead you through the castle telling stories of their past and their hopes of the future. You get to the garden and it’s so lovely. The scent of strawberry blossoms fills the air, they turn to you and ask “isn’t this lovely” you say why,it is you take a seat on a bench and begin talking “so do you think that- how do you, how do you feel about us being betrothed?”They stop for a moment “I don’t- I don’t, know how to put this nicely.I mean it feels strange but that’s only because I haven’t met you yet” and they looks up and give you a smile, that charming smile that they gave you before. You can still hear the music playing from the ballroom. “Well I always feel like I get to know people better when we have shared a dance, so. Shall we?“ you offer your hand out to them once again, they took it and they playfully spun you around. You place your hands where they would go and begin dancing. you talked the whole time with them laughing and making small inside jokes with each other. Until you trip on their foot and fall over bring them down with you. Laying in the soft grass you look over at your beloved really feeling like they are your “beloved” and it’s not just a title. Them laughing uncontrollably but finishing just in time for the song to end to look over at you and give you that ever so charming smile they flash to only you. And their smell of sweet strawberry blossoms

This has to be based on some sort of personal experience. The only reason I can relate to this is because I went to a dance in the sixth grade. It was fun. And then I saw my crush there. I had known her since second grade, and we have always been in the same class, and I tried for years to tell her how I felt, but I just couldn't find the words. I managed to muster the courage to walk up to her and asked her to dance. The moment she said "Yes", and we started dancing, I couldn't hear the music, the other people, all I could focus on was her. I was even making eye contact, which is very hard for me because I'm autistic and am very socially awkward that way. After a few minutes, I noticed that she was looking around while we were dancing. Afraid that she was bored of dancing and wanted to do something else, I asked if she was alright. She asked if we could go outside for a minute. I said yes, but I noticed the uneasiness in her voice (you probably know where this is going at this point) We stepped outside, and stood on a nearby hill overlooking a forest with the moon just barely resting over the horizon. I asked her if she was alright, and she looked back at the building. She turned to me again and said, "I'm sorry." "For what," I asked. "This has been the most amazing night of my life!" She put her hand on my shoulder, and said, "I have a boyfriend already. I only danced with you because-" but I cut her off. I could see that she was getting very emotional, and that it was getting very hard to express her feelings, which I can absolutely relate to. I told her that I understood why we couldn't be together, and she left without another word. I stayed on the hill until the moon went behind some clouds, and went back inside. The only reason I wasn't sad was because I knew that she has someone in her life that is making her happy. And if she's happy, then so am I. While I would love nothing more than to be her boyfriend, I enjoyed that night. And even though I don't have any form of contacting her, I know she's still happy where she is and with who she's with.

@@Semx11 I hope so. Because ever since then, I haven't been able to even find a girl who's available. However, if I do manage to get back in touch with her, my opinion still stands. If she still has a boyfriend, I would still be happy for her.

My work is extremely stressful. At the end of a hard day I come home, smoke a bowl, and watch your videos. There isn't many things that help take my mind off of everything. I have to thank you for lifting up my spirits and putting a smile on my face when I need it most. Cheers.

Your playing is perfect! I love when musicians play a song, in simple variations, that are a lot more easier to listen too.

There's a lot of piano channels on KZbin. But your my favorite by far. It's so satisfying to see you play, and it puts me in a very good mood to listen to your music. Keep it up!
