I went and tested it out... Navori quickblade + Trinity Force + Runnans + Nashors + Beserker's + Cosmic drive leaves about a .25s window between stuns that only exists based on how far morg is. Morg can effectively permanently lock a single target down building AS and Ability Haste

Maybe one day Brian will learn 6th item penetration has never been the play and absolutely isn't the play after the durability patch. It should be items 2 or 3 in literally every game. It doesn't matter who's building armor or how squishy the enemy team is. It is literally always more damage. You can sometimes delay till 4 or add in a hexdrinker if you really need it.
