I had not heard of this pianist before…the Russians do indeed know how to play Chopin! What a shame she had such a short life.

***** Thanks, Julia! I must listen to more of her Chopin…she clearly had an affinity for the composer. And she passed away on Chopin's birthday, in his homeland…fitting, in a way, but also tragic, considering her relative youth and impressive gifts.
