Meat Beat doesn't get the recognition they deserve. So many production techniques and beats they pioneered that still get used today.

You know it's funny I never really looked him up on KZbin. You can't look everything up on KZbin but for some reason I just thought of them the other day. And in one way or another I've always had their albums in my life somehow. And then it'll look some stuff up and it just made total sense that they're on a platform like KZbin. But it's funny how the people use you to just to you know be commercial. But it's funny to watch something like meat beat manifesto I'm just kind of platform makes total sense.

OK I have to say it. MBM 99% is an absolute masterpiece, one of the best records ever,. And Dogstar.. is the crown jowel, a dark, dark, black (and all sorts of shades greys) masterpiece. Thanks Jack et al. I deeply love that record, since early 90s. One of the the best ever.

Holy smokes...I was just thinking of hearing Mohawk Adam's sets...MBM was always a staple!! DC Nightlife in the 80s and 90s was good shit. I lowkey still miss the reek of the old 9:30 club. Something about the smoke machine, sweat, clove cigarettes and shitty beer created a mélange that is unrivaled.

One of the best tracks i ever heard in my full of music life. It's great! All the 99% album and music of Jack Dangers since 80s to millennium. Even now he is good in some of his new music. Why no one knows about MBM? Or if it was popular in old times so why no one remembers about this band now?

Have a listen : MC 900 Ft Jesus (Welcome To My Dream). The following are not the same style, but this was the kind of stuff that was around in the 80s that no doubt influenced Jack Dangers (Meat Beat) style: Artits (Albums)...Cabaret Voltaire (2x45, The Crackdown, Micro-Phonies) Tackhead (Tackhead Tape Time) DAF (Die Kleinen Und Die Bösen, Alles Ist Gut) Yello (You Gotta Say Yes To Another Excess, Solid Pleasure) Foetus (Hole, Ache, Nail) Test Department (The Unacceptable Face Of Freedom) Clock DVA (Buried Dreams) Front 242 (Front by Front, Official Version 1986-1987) 23 Skidoo (Seven Songs, Urban Gamelan) 400 Blows (If I Kissed Her I'd Have To Kill Her First) Nitzer Ebb (Belief, That Total Age) Fini tribe (Let The Tribe Grow) Hula (1000 Hours) Simple Minds (Sister Feelings Call, Sons And Fascination) Mark Stewart + Maffia (Learning To Cope With Cowardice) African Head Charge (My Life In A Hole In The Ground, Off The Beaten Track) Dub Syndicate (One Way System, Tunes From The Missing Channel, Strike The Balance)...if you want to go to the heavier industrial/experimental styles try: Nurse with Wound, NON, Throbbing Gristle, The Normal, Psychic TV, Section 25, SPK, Einstürzende Neubauten, Coil, Monte Cazazza, Skinny Puppy, Chris And Cosey...
