I don't think you doing your countrymen any favours relating to pronunciation of English. For example: you wrote แบงค์ - a Thai says this as "bang", which is not the correct pronunciation (bank). Another thing you need to get clear: the use of "the" and 'a'. Quite different meanings. Also don't "the" indiscriminantly eg the Giant. "how often do you go to Giant?" is correct, or "how often do you go to the Giant shopping mall?" - also correct. However if the place was named "The Giant" then you would say "how often do you go to The Giant?" "We'll go to the hotel" - that is a specific hotel. "We'll go to a hotel" - that is any hotel. Cheers.

Thanks for your comment regarding "Giant" versus "the Giant." I ALWAYS say "I'm going to Giant." But, my American friend who lives in Baltimore says "..... the Giant" every single time. So, I understand that he drops the word "supermarket" when he talks about that, which I don't like. So, that's why I said, in the video, that you might hear someone or some people say "the Giant." In addition, in this case, I spelled "the Giant" with a small "t," which clearly doesn't mean that the shop's name has the word "the" in it. However, I agree with your opinion on this issue. Thank you again for your valuable time and comment. :-)

@@Piboon11 I'm Australian so our speech varies from American. So yes I see your point. Anyway, congratulations on your video, very good. 👍

A few years ago, I got to spend three months in several cities of Australia, mainly in Melbourne. I went to the Queen Victoria Market to buy what I normally call "ground pork" -- the American way of calling this thing. Then, I reminded myself that the Australian English was closer to the British than to the American. So, I changed to "minced pork," but the vendor got stuck on the term I was using and corrected it as "pork mince" (which was understandable to me, too). On that trip to Sydney, I also learned that the Australian way of spelling "veggies" with ONE 'g' would make more sense, as VEGGIES should be pronounced the same way as "Peggy's." Well, I really enjoyed Australia and the Australian crumpets, and would love to be back there soon. God bless you!

@@Piboon11 Ohh, you do get around! Good for you. 😊 These days the QV market is being "re-developed". Not sure what it will look like when finished. เดือนหน้าผมจะไปเมี่ยวประเทศไทย ต้องจำจะพูด "แบงค์" 555 พูดเล่นครับ Said to my Thai gf (she can speak English reasonably well) "This morning I'm going to Big C, and the rest of the day I'm working at home". Meaning of course the remainder of the day. She was confused, thinking I was going to be resting after Big C. Perhaps you could explain to your audience that "rest" has different meanings depending on context. Cheers.
