That guitar is electro-acoustic. I don't know what brand it is, but you can get a similar one by Godin. They are amazing! I have one, with nylon strings. Its is a solid body so you can plug it turn the volume all the way up, use distortion and it never produces any feedback! I totally advise you to get one! get the one with the 12 pin and if you buy the Roland synthetizer pedal is even more amazing!

Is that guitar acoustic-electric or just electric? I don't see a sound hole but it certainly looks and sounds like an acoustic.
