Yes, it does stay. you just need to give time to get the painting dry completely. then Apply Varnish

Thank you 😊 Yes you can apply color directly because the plate that I have used was single color plane plate, there was no design on it. Otherwise you can also apply a base coat of white acrylic color.

You can attach a string with the help of Glue gun or fevicol

No it will not. But you need to take good care. Don't use water to clean the dust.just use dry cloth to wipe.

Yes sometime it is important to apply base coat when you work with such surface.

Thank you 😊 i have fixed jute wire with the help of fevicol to hang this plate, u can also fix a hanger with the help of glue gun or stick on the wall directly using double sided tape. Hope this will be helpful for you.

I have used camlin picture varnish. U can use gloss varnish to get glossy finish.
