I started listening to Root Chakra cleansing music whilst I was sleeping because my root had got majorly blocked. For the first few days I felt really relaxed and more open, but then it suddenly just made me super depressed to the point where I couldn’t get out of bed until 4pm, yet I couldn’t sleep at night.
