Wild, Pile 3, I had an interview 2 weeks ago that sounded as though I got the job working at a medicinal herb store..they sell all kind of herbs, etc. and the manager had said that they still needed to work some things out since they were hiring multiple new people and wanted to lay out a new schedule. They said they would reach out to me within the next week about when I start, but I have not heard back still, so I am starting to get worried if I'm still gonna be hired. When you said healing/medicinal I had to comment lol.

OMG you were right on. I have a wonderful job currently but in need of a much needed change where I can get the passion back in what I do (whatever that may be). I applied for a job 3 weeks ago and they just did the last round of interview yesterday. I watched this reading yesterday and today got an email from the director that they went with someone else. Yes, this new job would have paid $7 and hours less, was with a team that I worked with 3 years ago in an entry level position and had some struggles with the supervisor of another department. This position would have been the manager over that one supervisor so I knew that there may be some unfinished issues. Not to mention it wasn't a position that I had full skills in, but enough to get the interview. Yes, it was more of a jump the current ship and I knew that it would bring some challenges, so wasn't really hurt on the rejection. Hey rejection, is the divines protection. My current job is a state funded job and the fiscal projection is a concern here in our state. Not sure how long my department will be around. I so need a change and really do hope that this reading comes to fruition in that another, better offer is on its heals. Haven't had any other interviews yet, but have applied for 2 other jobs. As of for now I will re-direct my energy to the job that I currently have and look forward to hopefully something new will come alone. I don't believe it will be the Medical field though as I did that for 20 years and just don't wish to go back to that especially in the climate we are currently in.

I had an interview with the company LumiQ on may 10th she absolutely loved me but she called be back on the 11th to let me know I didn’t get the job. My confidence was super shot down but it did make me feel better how much she emphasized that they would love to work together in the future. Now for the good part. I had my first interview which was a speed interview on may 6th then got my second two interview with ceridian for may 17th. Lemme tell you I am inlove when I speak about the product and the company my heart is beam is ever so bright. So the reading for like number 2 was ON POINT. I then watched a second video to see if I am going to negotiate an offer , I chose pile 4 I am currently waiting to here back should be today or tomorrow. Thinking this one was spot on aswell I’ll let you know by tomorrow latest!

#1 is so spot on when you said I will be expecting another round of interview, because I only just did a group interview! HR told me that the manager is in overseas now. My current company is actually pretty good, but not so much for my team, and I am so stressed out by the current workload and responsibilities, that's why I want a quick escape. I am switching industry as well, and the company I am applying for is literally the best, if not, one of the best, in the world. I expect to have a very huge learning curve (especially in terms of engineering software as I am an engineer) as it's completely different to what I am doing now. WFH is also what they promised. Regardless of the outcome I will update.
