Okay just listened to pile #2. This is extremely accurate. Since September 2023 I have gone through a lot mentally. I felt like I never could get out. It eventually turned into gut problems. Then into health anxiety. Went to reiki, psychic, a doctor, and a PT(for a different issue). But they all said stress. Manage my stress. I have been changing my lifestyle and I am starting to do more fun stuff. I even started taking an herb to balance my hormones. Why was group 2 so on point??
