I weirdly (or not) feel like I got a message from my spirit guides for YOU when you said something about you not working out. I just heard "She needs do do yoga! It'll be perfect. Strengthenings your body and connecting with your chakras and energy at the same time. She just needs the right teacher." So! Don't know how you feel about that! Ha But I'm actually trying to manifest the money to start yoga teacher training this fall. To save money (although in person classes are bomb) I do yoga every single day off KZbin using Brett Larkin. Maybe just try a short 15-30 mins one. Maybe start with a "regular" Vinyasa yoga class. (The most common type of yoga) She's got great 35 min-ish classes on each charkra. That's how I started yoga with her. I did one in order of root to crown, video once a day until I finished them. I'd only done gym yoga. I picked Pile 2. The energy resonates with me as of today but I also remember a really nice Taurus friend I have back then. Apparently our friendship was broken down because of issues of jealousy and competition in our hobbies and apparently even friend circles. I get the intuitive feeling that when I chose this pile, she's still dealing with this karma as of today.
