pile1 - okay, so they want the feel good emotional bond they feel in the unconditional love i hold for them, but to ultimately be able to commit to it, is more of a personal commitment to themselves than to me. bcz though i hold unconditional love for them by first holding it for myself, they're not there yet. what they're needing from me - "hey, can we try and give it a shot again, i am sorry i fucked up" - is another way of saying "i like how your love feels without any motives and conditionality, but I REALLY DON'T KNOW IF I DESERVE IT. and that's why i get scared and fuck it up each time.". it is basically, it's not ME or anyone else they're trying to get it from, ultimately they're trying to get it, find it, feel DESERVING OF IT WITHIN THEMSELVES. and that's true for all of us. we seek validation from our bosses when if we really believe in what we bring to the table, we'd show up more authentically for ourselves.
