Are you still able to ask for a bit more from the company you like? Like tell them you have multiple offers, but you need a certain pay range to consider, and then tell them what the other one is paying/what you want to be paid. Be tackful, this might backfire, but it could help you see if more is an option or possible. Only do this if you're in the final stages and it's appropriate to discuss these things.

@@apollofateh324 I was too scared to sound pretentious adding the pay that I was offered, but explained out of mere needing to help family with their medical bills and being able to be financially stable, that I would need to take the other offer. I told them how saddened i was by having to make that choice and that I hope they can understand. I have not heard back yet :( I sent it this morning. They pay difference is pretty significant so im not sure if they would want to take that risk on me being a new hire. I so appreciate that advice though! I was not sure how to really word the email, it was nerve wracking.

@@varsitysise Just go with your gut! I honestly hope thats not the same case for me lol Im hoping this new higher paying gig is as good as it seems. I was emotional about having to choose and I kept thinking about what regret I could live with more, not getting the manager I really liked (lower paid gig) or low balling myself and taking the less paid position. Too many times in my life have I allowed myself to be low balled and didnt fight for a better pay. I live in an expensive area and the whole reason I was leaving my current job was the pay. so im happy I was offerd more than I asked for.

Pile 2: I’m 17 and I’m trying to be an idol/model. I sing and I was a cheerleader for 8+ years. A few days ago I had decided finally to audition for JYP entertainment, which is an agency in Korea. It is unknown how long I’ll have to wait but since then I’ve been researching it and etc. if I get an email that they like me I’ll be doing a private or global interview, and if they like me then too I’ll fly to Korea and be a trainee. Pile 2's may want to go back and watch Pile 1 as well. There are some similar themes and keys. The bumble bee came out in the charms in 1 and 2 had bumblebee spirit. The pog from 1 also came out of the charms in group 2. I also noticed that there was talk of doing more research in both piles. Opportunities, Options, Changes, Teamwork, Relationships, Research, Intuition.... Loved "Motivation is temporary. It's discipline that carries us". The day after I watched this I got an eviction notice because my landlord is selling the house. With the love and support of my family and good friends I am FINALLY making the life change I want and moving to the east coast!!
