Yeah i work in sales and im new at my job. I get paid minimum plus a commission i got to share with other workers-not fair😢..my coworkers are very rude towards me, judgemantal, and disrespectful. Im at work everyday killing it with sales while they are lazy and collecting off of me. I did threaten to bring them to HR because i cant be disrespected and put out to work money that goes in other peiples pockets. Of course they say im crazy for wanting to bring my concerns to my employer...
