you can switch off your "monkey mind" by doing next: taking breath in and counting to 7 (focus on your breath), than holding your breath in also counting to 7, than breath out also counting to 7 and than holding in also counting to 7. I t is useful exercise to stop inner chatter. You can do it several time during the day. Also by doing a small things as washing your hand and giving a whole attention to it and not to analyse (as being myself a virgo i know what i am talking about) just feel the water on your hands is stopping the mental noise. I picked first pile, and the moment you said sth about cleaning waters I got enlighted. My last very clear dream was very unique, and strange thing also is that I remember it from the beginning till the end.
