A quick on the go breakfast to balance blood sugar would be a greens smoothie 1. I cup of spinach greens 2. Banana (fresh or frozen) 3. Berries or fruit slices of choice 4. Milk of choice & some water &/or a dollop of plain yogurt or Greek yogurt 5. Chia seeds You can even add a scoop of peanut butter or get creative but the extra greens are powerful. They cleanse gut, help clear anxiety & manage stress, boost metabolism & even help you sleep better. It’s easy, fun & delicious to eat well & saves tons of money. Sugar & junk food is expensive. There are ways to have a bit of sweetness with breakfast that tastes yummy while also balancing blood sugar. Cinnamon is great for this & balances blood sugars. Oatmeal with an apples cooked in & cinnamon or a few slices of banana or berries would work nicely & even a little nut butter & a scoop chia seeds. Stay away from liquids filled with sugars & syrups like honey (3 times sweeter than sugar) or even real maple syrups. I’d recommend natural foods & keep cleansing. A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water every morning before you eat will also help to balance blood sugar over time. Followed by a healthy breakfast. 🎉😊💪🏻🦋 Good luck this July!

This is great! I teach people how to crush their cravings for unhealthy sugars & junk food. I’m a coach for this online. I recommend if you are craving sugars to drink less juice like OJ & eat single ingredient whole foods like fruit & oranges that are juicy & delicious but also have loads of fiber to balance blood sugar spikes. Even pair fruit with raw nuts & cheese (if you are not lactose intolerant) And if you crave ice cream, blend up frozen berries, a frozen banana & add in milk of choice or plain yogurt or plain Greek yogurt (no sugar added) That’s refreshing & healthy

Healing your ancestral line just means that you heal within yourself the pain that carried forward from them into you. Everything gets passed down through how we’re treated, how we’re raised, what beliefs are held and passed from person to person. The key is to identify within yourself where there are cognitive distortions, triggers, wounds, and unnecessary fears that may be holding you back from being free and empowered in your actions and embodiment. It starts and ends with the self always.
