Thank you for your reading: pertaining to the apparent impending danger with the devil card: I was just pondering of how we open up to angels and guides and then potentially creating a portal where black things like snakes could try to highjack the connection for evil. Hi Firefly ! I don’t sleep well either. I’ve found that if I limit my carbs intake to under 3 grams per day and eat very little to no concentrated sweet, I sleep better . When I adhere to that I have more nights of sleep .

If you want to sleep well, you could try listening to a Guided Meditation video or an ASMR video or any other soothing video when you are trying to go to sleep. You could eat a cup of cereal before bed or drink Sleepytime Tea and spray your pillow with a pillow mist. It always helps to take several deep breaths after you lay down at night. It is just a matter of finding the right relaxing techniques for you in order to get a good night's sleep.
