Pile 4 totally resonated, my mom holds this principle that coworkers are not really your friends, and I donʼt see them that way. I donʼt like being talked about at work thatʼs why I detach and keep to myself. I donʼt like being given advice, I just want someone to listen to me without judgment. I even tried opening to someone in authority but all they did was dismiss my feelings or what I have to say, so I decided to just keep my mouth sh*t at all times and say less than necessary. I hide my true self including my hobby so as to protect myself from jealous ppl. They start betrayal as they get to know you. Pile 7. Yep, super accurate. I'm trying to leave. Trying to continue my studies. Had to report a past coworker for harassment. I try to be kind and friendly, but it's hard when the environment is toxic. Yep, keep my cards close. I don't want to be hurt like I was in the past, so I won't trust them with too many personal details, especially considering the toxic nature of the work environment.
