Picked pile 3. After our breakup, I was so so sad, it felt like I have lost a part of myself. I remember taking a video of myself that night 😂 so I can use this video as a reminder of how pathetic I look just so I wouldnt go back to her in the future. Im quite soft-hearted. Some time past by, and when I looked back at the video, I realised a random youtube video was playing in the background at the very start and it says “you are not alone and you never will be..” This is when I started my spiritual awakening. I started to realise there has been love and support for me from the spiritual realm. I will never be alone. The voice in the video reminds me of another incident that happened on the night when we break up. Don’t grieve anything you lose comes back in another form. I like that. It reminds me to let go and to accept what happened. To let go of the feelings of betrayal loss or even resentment and the desire to change the past that was hidden from conscious view. I think I’ve been a little in denial out of shock. I wasn’t even aware I was grieving this loss. I wasn’t even aware it was a loss. It still felt like I could win or change something. I didn’t accept it as a loss or even a betrayal. I’ve been in denial about the betrayal even if I knew it happened subconsciously I’ve been stuck in trying to change it. I wanted to ignore it and carry on like it didn’t happen even if I wanted to address it. Accepting a loss isn’t easy. I guess I’ve been on autopilot. Pile 3:amazing reading. He's got problems with alcohol. I detached in March,totally ghosting him. Never trusted him so l never gave in to his flirting. I finally found what I’m passionate about so I went back to school for my BA, I moved to a different state recently for a better life on my own , I’m closer with my dad now.
