I recently stepped out of a group for speaking my truth about not being able to look away from all the injustices around us and the world. For months I tried to adapt their mentality which did bring me some sense of peace. All September I got woken up at 3am every single night. I would sit and meditate trying to figure out the reason. He is a police officer and I homeschool his children (I am a professional teacher and writer) and built a farm, literally and figuratively planting seeds.
