Was Crying here when the reading started - I’ve been so badly let down by a severely abusive and psychopath mother who is deeply narcissistic and vicious, and my selfish and weak and cowardly father who allowed the abuse to happen. I have struggled all my life with self worth issues and wanting to leave the planet - just recently my father went back on his promise to financially support me (after never supporting me and basically washing his hands off of me and leaving my mother to abuse me) - and I am so shattered. I had just started to claim a little bit of hope and joy after finally moving away from my viciously Machiavellian mother and am still healing from physical issues and don’t have a steady job. My father pulled the rug from under my feet and out of the blue said he can’t support me anymore. It’s not just about the money and what will happen to me - it’s that he led a life of ease and joy and travel and fun and never even put aside any money for me or ever wanted the responsibility for my care or protection when I was a little girl - he just willingly dumped me with my mother and found himself a new wife, turning a blind eye even after he had witnessed me abused by her as a child. I know this message was for me. As you were speaking I was crying and asking spirit and my guides to show me a different perspective. I feel I will go insane trying to heal myself emotionally from the intense pre verbal trauma and CPTSD with two parents who only gave me the message that I’m nothing and I’m not worth caring about or loving or worth thinking about. I’m working hard on trying to love myself but I am so so so tired. Have even asked spirit to bring me home because I cannot take this life with this darkness put inside me by those who were supposed to love me. I am sorry for all these things had happened to you. No child (infect any living been) deserves any kind of abuse from anyone. The only thing you need to do is to lift yourself up and move forward. if you keep bringing these memories to your current life, you'll traumatise yourself again and again. better let go of it, as they are not serving you good. I would recommend to find a psychology who can help you, get into meditation and yoga. A short walk at a park can do wonders for your thoughts. read funny books ad try to socialise (I know it is hard in the times we are in) but video calls or catching up with a neighbour for a coffee can be possible... Hey Carrie, I'm sorry you went through that as a child and are now living with that as an adult. If you listen to what Dee is saying here with regards to changing your perspective, I know this can help because having knowledge about why these things happen helps us to see the truth and look at things in a different way, a way we may not have been open to before because we are too stuck in the pain and trauma and can't see anything else. For example your mum may have been a victim of abuse herself. This may not be the case but having this knowledge about her can give you a different perspective and can stop you from relieving the trauma of you feeling this is your fault and possibly blaming yourself. If you can think about anything you learned from this situation too this is an example of looking at it from a different perspective and can be so empowering. I have been a victim of abuse myself and one of the biggest lessons I learned from it all was how to heal myself. I learned numerous healing modalities and now help others. I learned strength, courage, bravery, forgivness etc and many many more positive things came out the stuff I went through. I know it might sound strange to say I learned positive things from something negative but this is because I changed my perspective. If you can think of any positives let me know, I can do a little healing with you on them. Don't give up. You are loved, you are special, you are enough and perfect just as you are, honest xxx

I chose the pawn. I can't accurately describe how unbelievable this message was. Today I told my reiki teacher how unworthy I feel and this reading definitely reiterates what she told me. Thank you Dee, Yes I have been listening to too much external influences!!! I It confuses me and I will quiet the noise now.
