Over the last year, I felt a lot of changes going on with my heart chakra, kinda like a chisel being used to break something up. I went to the doctor and nothing was wrong medically. I picked the Angels. You described what has happened to me my whole life, not just one incident. I have done a lot of shadow and inner child work over years. Pile 1. That was really beautiful and I really needed that. My dad passed away 4 years ago and both of my parents birthdays are close to each other. I come from A big family where I experience that parasite of fractured energy a lot before and am moving out past from still now. Some parts of people still scrap to or at me and it makes me really uncomfortable.
