With tears running down my eyes, as I listen to pile #4, I so relate to this reading. I held my Dad and Mom in my arms as they took their last breath😥, I lost my best friends...and a piece of my heart. I was there for my sister during her cancer diagnosis and was by her side until her passing...I lost another best friend and a piece of my heart. I slipped into deep depression and didnt think I could go on. I had a Reiki session and that was the starting point of my healing. It can’t be more perfect message. I am educated as a physician and I am working as nurse practitioner in hospital. Not midwife. My mother dies slowly of cancer and is in hospice care. She said that if they only knew all the magical things I do for people and for her. Her jaw locked yesterday and I unlocked it. My auntie recently died and the last conversation we had was that she told me I was not a doctor but I was a doctor. That weekend, I went on to watch Dr Sleep and in that movie, the old man tells him right before he dies, you are a doctor but not a doctor as he helped him transition into the afterlife. Dee! 😭 My mother tried to commit suicide when I was very young my older sister remembers her having bandages on her wrists. I know something traumatized me very young. I have a startle reflex, I rocked, bit my nails & wet the bed. My mother was alcoholic as long as I could remember. She rejected me, didn't raise me. My late Husband Viet nam veteran had untreated PTSD, self medicated with alchohol/drugs Inhured his back became Severly Depressed, started having panic anxiety attacks. Thoughts of suicide that became attempts I saved him two times, the second was a straight up miracle he should not have lived. He should have been a vegetable. I told him obviously you have important things Sprit needs you to do. He got sober went on to help many many people with similar problems. Made it 20 yrs. & Checked out for good this time... #4 made me see finnaly what happened to me with my mom..Why Frank was in my life & why I stayed with him. I also helped many women learn how to get sober, face their problems, move on to better lives... I was given a huge gift tonight.. awareness of a puzzle I havent been able to solve. How I was able to do what I did (with the Angel's & sprits working thru me). I asked the why's the what did I do to deserve this? Agonized over Frank's final suicide. Now I know why!!! Years and years ago I did an internship in hospice and really hated that my director put me there. But it was one of the most healing spaces of my life. Yet from it, I started recognizing when the departed would come. It opened up a space I couldn’t see or maybe had forgotten how to see. But these last few years since my parents have passed, I have become more aligned to meeting new people when they are about to lose someone in their own lives. I didn’t stay in counseling field but always felt that hospice was the place I would be had I stayed. Even though that’s not what I do, I am now more so than ever, aligned to spaces and people who are dealing with crossing over. I wasn’t expecting anything today, and somehow it answered the question I’ve been asking for the past year now about being that bridge for the departed. Thanks - being a midwife to the end of life is very hard. I helped my mom transition and I’m still healing from that. ❤️

#4 - I’ve walked my best friend (10/19) and then my brother in law (5/20) through their final moments in hospice care. My brother in law was a paramedic. I became an EMT shortly before he crossed over, and I feel him whispering to me. Both hospices asked if I would be interested in working for them.
