My jaw just dropped listening to pile 3, I've been struggling in the first part of the year as I started a completely new career path which I thought aligned with my higher purpose (to serve), but god it was super draining and i fell into a depression as I struggled with so many things.. ego loss, identity loss. It's the most humbling job I've ever done. I started work in healthcare and prior to that I had a career in advertising so there's no more of that luxury/glitz glamour or fun stuff I used to enjoy. The work I do now is gross and sometimes the patients make me want to cry. Things have gotten better however and I almost lost hope finding my path, I was so lost before after being done with 7-8 years in corporate.
