That round butter dish is beautiful. Back in the day people made their own butter usually formed in round pats almost like cheese balls.

Those are Westmoreland Depression glass pieces. They started using that mark in 1946. Very pretty pieces.

The cut glass in the beginning....very collectable and expensive!. Older vintage cut glass, some etched by hand, brings thousands with the right pattern. PLEASE, PLEASE, HAVE THE CUT GLASS AND MILK GLASS APPRAISED !! Lay it all out and Have someone come to your place to see all !!

It's 8 in Lampasas. 1st was the ice storm then came the beautiful snow. The whole state of Texas is beautiful and covered in a blanket of snow. Hopefully we will not run out of electricity. My back up plan is to start the generator up in my RV and camp out in the warm RV. Enjoying the snow for now. Happy Valentine's Day everyone.❤❤❤

Fenton is expensive glassware..... I wanted a piece of Fenton,the cheapest was 45.00.. it was a basket shaped Ike that white one you unwrapped.But mine is red glass. I’ve had it for several years.

Yeah I see that stuff at thrift stores all the time. Not saying they are worthless, just people with more experience would have a better idea whats worth what. I see that hobnob milk glass design all the time at my local goodwills. I could be starring at huge profits and have no clue. I usually stay away from clear or white stuff, unless its maybe milk glass or has a really nice pattern or it has a label/name on it that Im familiar with like waterford or Fenton.

Milk glass is great for ladies who like to entertain and eat tea sandwiches. They are pricey and very pretty and they make nice hostess gifts ...but then again a nice bottle of vodka does too.I would post online to get more money.
