Hi Sreypov, most of the time, you are showing dishes with a lot of vegetables, fruits, chicken, beef and pork. Very nutritious food, there is no doubt about it. What I cannot understand is, why you mix minced fish paste to meat dishes. Does it give extra flavour. Have you ever tried omitting the fish paste. It is just a suggestion, don't be offended.

Fermented fish or prahok is a traditional Cambodian ingredient. If not overdone, it adds a salty and umami flavor. You can replace it with salt but then you lose the savory depth of the flavor.
