Btw you can get more than 2 exotic drops and 1 BM drop. For example if you logged in on Xbox and got the free drops you can get them again on switch and then get them again on PC AND THEN get them again on PlayStation. Y'all may wanna do this before it gets patched.

Either trade in an item or buy something from the tournament cups. But quit the game before you get the reward and once you relaunch the game you get them cause it'll have to show u the item you missed aka the trade up or tourney item
