Picked Up An R31 Skyline For $1000!

Weird how one moment you're broken down at the track thinking its gonna be months till you'll be back out getting sideways and then poof... out of nowhere the perfect replacement drift car just pops up in front of you as if it were just meant to be :l or maybe I'm just implosive and can't turn down a clapped out sh!t box to save my life... guess well never know

I have a mint condition 1990 S3 R31 "TI" that my dad brought in 1994 for $24.600 with 16,000km on it. Its been in storage most of its life and still has that NEW CAR smell when you crack open the doors. Nothing like driving an old-school luxury car from the 1980s. I do drive the car once a month to keep it running like new. The only replacement so far was the water pump after finding coolant under the front of the car a few years ago and a new timing belt. Everything else is still factory bar a new battery 2 years ago. I got spare 1989 RB30E long engine in the shed.

I had the exact same car for 12 years. It was an awesome car, all that ever failed was an alternator at 70K in all that time.
