John, Thanks for another great video of bikes and stationary engines. Some of the bikes take me back. I always had Honda, but some friends had Triumph, Norton, etc. Thanks again! Dave

Show is not complete without the old stationary engines. The hit'n'miss always a favorite. Great selection. As for the old bikes - another treat - what a feast. Good to see these being preserved - so many I remember. One of my late dad's early bikes was a Scott I think. Haha - saw an NSU 'Quickly' - my first powered 2 wheels! 50cc of raw sluggishness LOL. Great stuff John.

Lovely video. But it is sad to me that all the great British marques are gone. AJS, Ariel, BSA, Norton, Triumph, Vincent, ... I'm sure I missed a lot. Still, the happy part is that someone somewhere found these bikes and restored them. And now we can all see them again, if only on video. Thanks for posting this.

Many thanks John better than being there, we had a Wolsey stationary engine on the farm. We used it to roll & grind corn in the winter. Next door neighbour had a Lister to drive vacuum pump on milking machine when power went off.

I love the old machinery, most of my machining is to restore old stuff.

I love all motor bikes, especially the old and "odd" ones. Recently spotted a Royal Enfield and and an ancient Ural (With sidecar) on the streets here in Edmonton, Canada! Don't see too many BSAs, Triumphs or Nortons, except at shows. They used to be quite common here 40+ years ago.

Hi mate. That was very nice. Strange to see how many of those bikes I have ridden on, and a few I fell of. 40 yeas ago a lot of those bikes were discarded and we would find them and ride on them until the police would put an end to it. Ah, better times.
