I had my daughter's name picked out since I was 12 from the work in the glory books. I just loved the name Lydia so much and I always knew that I was going to name my daughter Lydia. A few of my favorite baby girl names: Autumn- I don't know why I love this so much because I am not a fan of names after seasons but this is just so cute to me Bexley- I think this is so cute and you can spell it a bunch of different ways! The nickname Bex is to die for in my opinion Briar Grey- I want this one for my first girl but I am only 19 so who knows how much I could change but this is just the cutest flowing name Delaney- I wasn't a huge fan of this name in the beginning but I absolutely adore the nickname Lainey and I love full names with even cuter nicknames! I have a daughter named Megan Raye. I also have daughters, Taylor Nicole and Caitlin Marie (they are all adults now). I have found that it helps to shout the full name (first, middle, last) out loud a few times to make sure it rolls off the tongue because around age 3, you will be doing that a lot. 🤣 I always liked the names Sydney, Reagan, Mallory, and Blair. Also, knowing the mean of names helps. I don’t think my parents thought about name meanings but I have learned that my first name means “black or dark” and my last name means “light” so my name literally means “black light”.
