Picking the Right Color for Your Glasses

I'm a fourteen year old girl and I'm getting glasses. I'm medium fair, oval faced, caramel brunette with brown eyes. I'm thinking of a more classic, thin wired look for my first pair. Which color would look best for me; Gold, copper, burgundy, dark brown, blond tortoise, purple, camel, or khaki?

Who can pull of a round shape frame? I really like the look of cat eyes or round frame. I'm stuck between which to get. I would like ones that make more of a statement yet still flatter my face. What do you think?

For a round face, you want to avoid super round shapes, like the John Lennon or the Harry Potter. And for color, their aren't any hard rules. There are exceptions to every rule. I'm trying to find a picture/video of someone wearing turquoise glasses :( Because I'm in love with Etnia's turquoise Le Marais, but I'm really not sure if it might be too bold or too difficult to match... I'm trying to find someone who succeeded in rocking that color! Any suggestions?

OneTinyLaura i actually own a pair of etnia in a gorgeous turquoise colour. the frames are called « hongdae » from the vintage collection. :) not sure if that’s the blue you were looking for.
