Even if she had said "no, I have a bf" you can still work past it quickly to find out if she's being honest or not by simply asking his name and believe me you'll know if she's for real or not. Call her on it but be humorous about it and try again. If she again hesitates but doesn't give you a flat out no or isn't trying to walk away keep the conversation going because she's likely interested but not sure what she should do. If she says she has a bf and actually does or she doesn't seem interested and makes a move to leave tell her it was nice meeting her and part ways. Its that simple.
