For future reference, On your booking service, Under the address section, You can ask for a gate code so you don't run into this issue anymore.

I don’t think it’s your 7 pin…both my Chevys (2022 & 2024) always have that alert, my Ram doesn’t have the issue and they share all the trailers.

We didn't get the alert as much before we changed out that plastic 7 way. But goo to know!
