Thank you for your time and posting. This last MLP was a joke. IMO, this last MLP was basically a shadow of what it used to be, just the format is left. PPA took everything away that made MLP great, and that was a quality production (point system, line cameras, body cameras, ref and net mics, etc.). Is PPA ruining MLP to bring up VIBE? Lea is one of those with no shame!

Why doesn't the PPA have dedicated line cameras for challenges like the APP?

It wouldn't benefit its popular pro players. Now, line calls can go either way. Saw it with Lea Jansen two weekends ago.

I agree that MLP wasn’t nearly as exciting due to the change in scoring. I also missed having a winner of the event.

You can have a "real line" on normal scoring games. They can make a betting line off of anything.

Rally scoring with a freeze just to make the games dramatic....why not just use traditional scoring instead? Rally sucks.

APP is not a pro league anymore. All the best males and females have left (Daescu, Todd, Truong, etc). APP needs to rebrand - or PPA will eventually eliminate it.

@@evaccrim5470 LOL. On a serious note - i think that's a great place for the APP to be. Semi-pro league for aspiring pros. The tours could live in harmony. Either that or PPA needs to come up with a way of bringing new pros into the game. Qualifier is silly. And a lot of people (myself included) would watch the qualifier pros duke it out.

The APP gives hope to old heads like me to play pro (mid thirties, early forties) too old for PPA, too young for senior. All the top people in APP are old and seeking their last twinkle of glory. Leave AAP alone, it's all we aging players have!!!

Who did Travis fight with ?

Looking at who Travis played in Mixed, it was either AJ Koller, Eric Oncins, or Thomas Wilson...pretty sure it wasn't AJ or Thomas. Not to say it was Eric, I don't think Travis said if they were playing the person or not, but since Jade was there too, could be Eric? Once again, not confirmed at all. Just guessing.

Seems like it was likely Oncins or maybe even Alshon who has a rep for being a hook, seems unlikely it was Wilson those were the three players with tennis backgrounds, but Wilson has no rep for being a poor dude or cheating.
