Thanks watching this I realized you have the serve then return of serve if that was a cross court dink the next best option seems like a passing shot. Although it might not be a great drive it will still be very hard to return anywhere decent. Although I have a saying great shots beget great shots. I often find when I hit a shot that seems like a winner 1 of 3 things will happen they’re no where near it, they get a paddle on it but it’s way out , or if they hit it in it’s a really great shot and you ask your self how did they hit that.

The best strategy is to learn how to make your opponent move by dispalacement. The rule of thumb is that all the placing shots you make is you make the opponent take 1-2 steps and reaching chasing the ball starting to its back hand side...all returns diagonal make him/her tired then you can easily put away the ball to earn a point.

Being left handed. I prefer singles. I need to find a decent lefty for doubles. I'm listening to this instruction, but most is geared toward right handed
