What a beauty and she look healthy too. Loved the comment too. Rascal sure does love the calves. Maybe he identifies as a mommy? Sorry, had to say it. Question: I watch a channel that has Friesian horses and when the foal is born, their feet are not hard but look all soft and spongy. A calf doesn't have that too do they? Love the name suggestions so far.

Thank you! They had that time outside before we found them, although I can't say if the baby had eaten yet or not. She was fed in the barn.

It must worry you before knowing if it’s a bull or heifer as bulls have to go away because milking cows are needed. But then might need a bull to make a calf, unless Keith has a hand in it.

Keith's brother Kim has a hand in it :) Bull calves are worth quite a bit right now, and for now, we have plenty of replacement heifers!
