I am Ann inTexas. I am now 76 yrs happily married 56yrs many grandchildren. When I was a young women before I had children, I worked in a Bank, I was miserable! I worked as a stenographer, I was miserable. It was not a fit nor my giftings.I My natural bent was design, and creativity, I loved it. Long story short I had a 25 year carrer in the Wedding Cake Business made more money than my friend that was an RN NURSE. I then turned my skills in cake flowers into plastics. I made peti fours drooled in plastic chocolate fudge. I sold them to HALLMARK, and they were in 23 cities in Texas gift shops. Wow what a change from all the snow you’ve had? Half the fun is in the pre isn’t it? I’ve been out walking today and taken a much appreciated (and basic 😂) picnic but there’s something about eating outdoors that makes everything that bit better 🥰
