That won't be the case here. They just wanted more than one perspective for the video. They most likely had to do to takes because they only had one video camera which is why hes not completely identical.

I've seen a few videos where they'll let their life drop on purpose and then work it up. Could be that.

Probably took 2 takes. The bottom was to just to show from a different view and really wouldn't matter if you passed or not.
