I was searching a while back for a good tutorial on PID control, and this was the video I needed all along. I feel like I actually understand how exactly a PID loop works now. I did also notice the double use of the Ki term. Please do a video on tuning PID and more videos like this!

This is the best video ever. Thank you for your effort. You are 100% right about the diagram😅. I've just realised that PID is not rocket science. I have noticed a few issues you may like to clarify. Please🙏🙏 accept my constructive feedbacks: You have multiplied integral value by "kI" constant twice. You have not set "previous_error" in loop And you may expalint dt term more on the next video🙏🙏. Thanks so much for watching and the useful feedback!!! Didn’t spot the Ki twice, did spot the ‘previous_error’ (it was in the code, I think) but I didn’t mention it in the narrative! Might do a video how to tune a PID and explain more about dt… thanks again!
