Excellent presentation. Seeing such brilliant economists exists in Pakistan and still status is least developed country. The problem lies somewhere else and without resolving that no improvement can be achieved

"Its easy", says the minister of finance. Easy to cut down expenditure to reduce the interest on debt payment. Easy for the intelligent person. But how to tell the "DULL", "DIM", "DUFFER?" 3Ds who had been running Pakistan's military state since the birth of Jinnah's Muslim ghetto.
