Hi Paul! Thanks for showing us the Pierce-Arrow Museum! Such beautiful cars! The part about Seagrave using the Pierce Arrow engines up until 1970 is AMAZING!

From the days when the "Three P's" ruled. My great grandfather owned a 1933. It was his special occasion car. My mom told me she'd see him using a feather duster before taking it out. And now the part of the story that always breaks my heart. My grandparents took his cars from him during WWII, and sold them. Thank you for the tour - Gilmore is a national treasure. Have a great week ~ Chuck

I am 69 and restore mostly British and some American cars from the 50s and 60s. I have wanted to see and learn about Pierce Arrows since I was probably 9. Mr Gregory Long must have a hundred years of knowledge stored in his mind. The cars are such a testament to the forging and will of the finest American craftsman of that era. Not to mention the extreme abilities required to restore and maintain them. I must make a plan to fly out east and see this collection as a bucket list. Thank you Mr Long.

Magnificent Automobile! Personally, the Pierce wasn't my favorite, I could never get past the headlights. Built like a tank, the quality build was well known and the Automobile had a impeccable reputation. Very rare when you go to a car show. THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO!

One of my uncles had a friend whose grandpa had a Pierce Arrow on the farm. I don't remember a lot about it, although I was not really in most of the conversations back in those days, but was intrigued by it, being told that is was a somewhat rare model. All very beautiful vehicles from the Gilmore Auto Museum, thank you for sharing these wonderful beauties with us. I want to wish you and Model T a safe and wonderful weekend, God Bless!👋

Wow awesome video Paul. The three Ps of luxury Packard, Peerless, and Pierce-Arrow. Only one survived the Great Depression.

That's right, and I'd say the Pierce-Arrow was the most luxurious of the bunch.

Great video Paul! There is an antique shop in lower central Pennsylvania that has a "mid" 30's Pierce Arrow as a "Lawn Ornament" as their roadside attraction. I can tell by the Pierce Arrow fender headlights. I have never stopped there, but next time I drive by I will!

One cannot look at these amazing examples of automotive history from a century ago without delight. They are perfect! I am convinced that every nation reaches the top in its field. Just as the Russians were the first in space, the Americans are indisputably trendsetters in the automotive industry.

Awesome interview/video Paul! Gilmore car museum is an amazing place and I always encourage everyone to tour the facility if they ever have the chance. I live only about an hour from Gilmore and frequently go there in the summer. I am hoping to take my late grandfathers Model A roadster to Model A days next year! I still need to change the timing gear on it and get the distributor shaft unstuck and figure out what has broken on or below the lower shaft.

Great video - another 'if I find that vat of money' car; AFTER a '31 SW Town Sedan and the garage to keep them in (yes, a very large vat is necessary). Thanks for getting the 'My A - plus 1' offer in play... Early in Oct, I had asked if it was possible to get a copy for myself, the reply at that time was "no, there are not copies made for individuals". Glad to see you got this Christmas time offer for your viewers. Sent my application in today. Also hope they will continue this offer going forward, might increase interest in the program. Congrats to Model T on her appointment to the MAFFI board! Keep doing what you do (gonna miss you in January)!

Thank you!! I didn't have to do much arm twisting, MAFFI was very receptive. If the promotion is successful, maybe they will open it up to everyone!

@ModelA ...after I posted this, had another thought -- for going forward, in addition to more interest; perhaps additional money for the expansion could be raised by charging a nominal $50 (or some amount) extra as an option to get a copy of the plaque. Just a thought.
