As soon as they tell the 911 operator that they loved the deceased and that the deceased loved them, you know they did it.

Agreed. Setting up their story/defense...most of us would be hysterical and not stringing full sentences together.

I'm a lawyer living in Europe and it always freaks me out when I see that in the US a so called jury, people without a legal degree and without any deep knowledge, expertise and experience in legal proceedings can decide someone's fate and send this person to prison for life (and in this case after only 2 hours of consultation which is completely ridiculous). In my country such a verdict can only be made with 100% certainty beyond doubt based on solid facts and direct evidence. Here all I see are assumptions, police officers speaking about their opinions and beliefs and for me this is absolutely desperate because in a courtroom only thing that should matter is solid and direct evidence. Of which there is zero in this case.

Nah get off your soap box, shes guilty as and is exactly where she needs to be....
@Szabby99920 минут бұрын
@@chrisclark719 Guilty because you said so or because there is direct evidence? Your comment exactly represents the serious issues I described about the American legal system. Namely that court verdicts are based on emotion driven laymen's personal feelings (like yourself) instead of well educated legal professionals' objective expertise.

@chrisclark719 It's ok, right? Until it happens to you or someone you love. No. Innocent Until PROVEN guilty.

Hmmm, I don't think she did it after all. All the "evidence" is very very sketchy. Especially the statement from that creepy prisoner who had every reason to lie.

🧐She said that she looked around and HER house had been ransacked not OUR house. Why didnt she say also that she was afraid for her life and that the perp might still be in the house. She wasnt afraid. Narcissist/calm/collected she is. It was win win for her...Money if husband was alive and money if he is dead..jmo

She's undoubtedly guilty, however, it's still infinitely disturbing to send a woman to prison for life on such shabby evidence. Incidentally, "defense" is spelled as l mentioned. "Defence" is hysterically ridiculous.
