that was great...it really is fascinating how edgy Howard's radio/tv has always been and yet he is a faithful husband and good father - as Piers pointed out, a very unique dichotomy. The older I get, the more amazed and more I notice the true talent that is Howard Stern - best interviewer in broadcast history.

Love Stern´s honesty and self-awareness of how his family life was a training ground for acceptance. This circumstance, which could very well be judged as a misfortune, has proven to be, in the eyes of Howard´s himself, a triumph, the very substance of his personal history that has made him who he is. The framing, that is, the perception he has learned to give his life has been a foundation to his success. How can we emmulate the same underlyiung principle exemplified in his testimony, someone who has lived and continues to live success.

William Taylor - I've noticed that the more relevant therapy and self-exploration has become in his life (as seen on his show as he increasingly mentions it over the years), he's softened around the edges, as you've said. Also, I firmly believe that he's slowly evolved - very thoughtfully and with a plan - his show to appeal to a more general audience, so he can get into real gritty and interesting interviews with people who formerly wouldn't have gone near his show for any amount of money. I think that awareness started when he did AGT and saw a huge untapped audience of the more "wholesome" crowd. Maybe he's started thinking about his legacy.

Piers, it's because Howard is naturally interesting, funny and complex. That's why. He's not a hack. You can say he's sold out in th he lost few years, but you can't deny he's incredibly cunning and DECENT. Just because he uses naughty words doesn't mean he's bad. He's a good man. He is so manipulative it's brilliant

Hi Baby - My thoughts exactly! He is a truly decent man who gives people a chance. He's very emotionally tough, and people confuse that with being heartless. I must agree. Really, on a good day, I don’t trust Piers, to be honest. On a bad day… forget it. Howard keeps it real. A true New Yorker, too. It’s a little thing called satire. Tongue-in-cheek. If potty humor or sex talk isn’t for you, nobody should watch Howard... And tbh, I was watching his show, late night on E! when I was 12-16 years old, and my friends too! We loved it! And it’s not even THAT crazy! Like come on. It’s not a fkn porno on tv. It’s the conversations that made ppl call Howard a pig, or obscene, because THEY don’t like speaking about “dirty” things. Meanwhile, whenever Piers has had legitimately controversial moments, it’s him truly lashing out, being an asshole-and actually sounding ignorant. Just look back at some of his “moments”. Seriously. He’s like, actually sounded ignorant and doubled-down on it. It’s a different vibe with Piers and Howard. I don’t like Piers’ energy mostly…something manipulative and conniving behind those eyes. Some evil looks he gives. Howard can barely open his eyes lol.

Anyone notice peirs Morgan asks at 9:01 what makes you get up at 4am to Howard stern. Then years later piers was doing a early a early morning show that starts at 6am. That proves that listening to right advice from others can pay offn

Everyone trashes Morgan. I think he did a great job with a big personality like Howard's, and the fact Howard is in the same business. Howard is great to listen to which is why I'm not confounded about how successful he got.
