Years ago I randomly ran into Dana while waking through a casino in Vegas. I said, guys that’s Dana White. He heard me say it, turned right around and thanked me for being a fan. the fact so many people liked the original comment here kinda represents how many people massively lack social awareness and empathy. '"jumping on something and running with it" when the interviewee clearly isn't comfortable very well might get you an 'exclusive' and something 'juicy' that people can talk about, but it completely eradicates your reputation and respect as an interviewer/journalist and ultimately a person. admittedly piers lost respect about 100x over lmao, so none of this is surprising being a great interviewer is about having social awareness and creating a genuine conversation with someone where they almost treat you like confiding in a best friend. making someone uncomfortable isn't great interviewing unless they're someone who's done terrible things that you want to address; dana isn't that person

I think Dana is very strong and nothing can sway him away from his mission in life, a hard upbringing with deep rooted trauma but still sticks to the gameplan and remains level headed. I salute a man that can do that and handle these circumstances in that way, as it’s so difficult for 99/100 people

@Tonysopranoyafinook why? Its the only interview he showered decency . He couldn’t attack Dana as they was nothing he had on Dana . I think he could have dropped the subject on the death of his parents along with the domestic abuse of slapping his wife . Piers will always be Piers selling controversy. Besides he just had to bring up the non-binary issue knowing Dana would give a negative response. Let people decide what gender they choose. Piers could do with Danas human biologist - help him to lose his quadruple chin along with the layers of fat around his stomach - for sure a heart attack in the making. If had to ask PIers one question “where did you get your upper-crust queens English accent from considering your a product of farm fed Irish potatoes . Yes, i cant stand the fake the plastic Irish man - using his Irishness in this situation to influence Dana. For centuries thr English born to irish ☘️ parents hid that they come from Irish stock and must say they had a valid reason for The abuse the racism the suppression WE suffered while living there . No IRish need apply or blacks . We are not all a representative of the IRA and should never have been treated as such . Lets be honest here the Irish ran to England for a better quality of life for all Ireland could offer was a life of poverty. But whatvwas disgusting the Irish back in time had to hide that their parents are irish born and were forced to move to England - a country that tried to commit genocide so they could rob our land . There was never a famine for we just didnt eat potatoes but plenty of fish in the sea to feed the irish population x 100 . The abuse i suffered living in London in 1980’s forced to immigrate to the usa - pro irish and the love we have for our Irish ancestry. I could never like this Morgan guy. It was Dana i was interested in listening to - he revolutionized the fight game for entertainment. What does Piers do? He berets his guests. It wouldn’t put pass me that one of his siblings like Elon Musk turns out to be non-binary. Let people decide their gender band in how they choose to live their lives .
