I have read a lot of history, several of Dr. Hanson's excellent books and I think that a historian has a better grasp of human nature and what humans will do in circumstances of great stress than any psychologists or sociologist. Human nature is a constant.

Her takes were unpopular with her base audience, so this has been in the making for a while. Now, she definitely was toxic and out of touch at the time, but so were many Democrats who woke up, including me (in 2017), and many are still waking up. Only time will tell whether or not it's a grift. But I will tell you this, during my transition, I learned a lot about myself and had to grow, and I adopted a new set of values through my growing faith. That being said, there is a path to total redemption for Ana. It is my hope she figures out a new set of values apart from what she had followed before her transition
