I was wondering about the schematic of the module since I was not able to find it on the web. Given that it amplifies the signal from the piezo, do you think it's the same circuit as the one you drew before just on a tiny pcb? or would it be something different?

I am not sure. I could not find any info about the onboard circuit either. Nice little module to use to amplify a piezo voltage.
